I moved bunches of daffodils this winter when I was clearing for my new paths.  

If your blubs are blooming, wait until the flowers fade.  But don&#039;t wait too long, the foliage will wilt and vanish and you&#039;ll forget until next year.

If there are no blooms, move them now.  

Daffodils like my open woods where they get winter sunshine, but summer shade.  

So look for a better spot and dig--]]></description>

What should we do about daffodils that aren&#039;t happy where they are?  For example: a clump of tete a tetes that come up every year in the middle of  the path from the driveway to the backyard (it wasn&#039;t a path when we planted them!) or spindly daffodils struggling to make the best of a really bad location.  Can/should we move them?  When&#039;s the best time to do that?
